8/25/2020 Varsity House Community Manager responds Varsity House Community Manager responds, to ANNA and DMMPC, with "I can confirm after multiple resident requests we have elected to permanently open the gates."
9/15/2020 DMMPC responds DMMPC responds, to ANNA and Varsity House Community Manager, with "As set forth in the minutes, if the gates are opened to traffic, that would be a violation of the conditions of approval. If Varsity House wants to be able to keep the gate open, they will need to file a new application with the BZA for a variance from the conditions imposed on the original approval. The Board then decides if they will vary the emergency gate condition. Fred Daniel, copied on this email, is the planner who handles BZA business and can assist with the application filing should Varsity House wish to pursue being able to keep the gate open.
